enchanted realm Get Some Therapy at Tir na nOg this year as the brand new ‘Enchanted Realm’ unveils its dedicated therapy spaces to pamper, delight, step out of time and get back to yourself…


Tir na nOg is a holistic centre, café and shop in an idyllic courtyard setting in the grounds of a country estate on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, which first opened its doors in 2005. It has a great range of therapies on offer, an exciting calendar of workshops, regular evening classes in a variety of activities, a shop full of crystals, books, jewellery and unusual gifts, and a magical organical café serving delicious freshly-prepared veggie food and great cakes.

The brand new Enchanted Realm Therapy Suite is in the West Stables and comprises two welcoming and luxurious therapy rooms, waiting area and a reception area with art, gifts and a range of quality skincare and bath and body products.

Therapies on offer include sessions in Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai/Indonesian and Indian Head Massage, Family Constellation, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Reiki, Feldenkrais Method and Foot Readings.

We were delighted to be part of the launch night for The Enchanted Realm on Wednesday the 3rd of Feb and really love the new vibe. Head over and see for yourself.
