We
have
started
2008
with
some
long
overdue
Witch Hiker Wanderings
and
we
are
just
back
from
the Fair City
of
Dundee.
We
popped
up
to
the
city
of
discovery
to
see
our
good
friends
at
the
Body
&
Soul
fair
who
were
in
the
midst
of
their
first
weekend
stint
at
the
Caird
Hall.
The
fair
was
in
full
swing
when
we
arrived
and
looked
like
it
was
going
to
be
a
busy
one,
keep
your
eye
on
the Snitch Hiker
for
any
gossip
;-)
We
also
saw
in
Burns
night
on
Friday
at
the Butterfly
and
the
Pig' eatery
and
drinkery
in
Glasgow.
This
place
looks
set
to
one
of
our
favourites
with
its
mix
of
local,
organic
food
and
squashy,
comfy
sofas
and
a
bar
that
serves
beer
in
big
glass
mugs.
They
even
had
a
haggis
piped
round
the
entire
pub
before
being
served
up
in
the
restaurant
section!
If
you
are
ever
in
their
neck
of
the
woods
we
suggest
you
take
a
visit.
Some
sad
news
now
from
the
city
of
glasgow,
for
those
yummy
mums
and
dads
and
cheeky
wee
baby
witchhikers
we
hate
to
tell
you
that Theo's Cafe
& Play
on
Great
Western
Road
has
now
ceased
trading.
Mrs
& Baby
WitchHiker
are
distraught
so
if
anyone
has
any
suggestions
for
an
alternative
in
their
area
please
do
let
us
know!
Where
else
can
you
go
and
find
good
coffee,
toys
for
the
little
people
and
a
chilled
out
realxed
vibe?
Do
tell!
We
are
heading
off
to
the
North
soon
to
visit
Cluney
Hill
and
the
surrounding
area,
we
shall
let
you
know
what
we
find...

Five Top Tips to being healthy, peaceful and calm this year.
Life seems to be getting
ever busier with more and more pressure on individuals to perform and come up
with the goodies. The pressure is on to run homes, run families, run business
and be super efficient at work. Bills need to be paid and although inflation
seems to be low, the price of the staples in life such as bread and milk and
the fuel to heat houses is on the rise.
To help deal and cope with
this present day scenario I am offering five useful tips to help individuals
find a sense of peace, calmness and total relaxation in the midst of what can
only be described at times as frenetic fear and anxiety.
