Hello Fellow Witch Hiker's!

{mosimage}This is your slightly delayed May newsletter. Ok so it is very late but hey we've been busy. The first issue is out there and we are oh so happy with its shiny cover, glossy pages and fantastic content. If you haven't got your mitts on a copy yet then you can read some of the regular contributers pieces and some of the articles on the website. There are also some bits and bobs that are exlusive to the online site that are definitely worth a swatch. Stand up comedian and writer Sian Bevan has penned her experiences of being a 'Red Spotter' at the Edinburgh Beltane Fire Festival so if you have ever wondered what goes on up Calton Hill on the 30th of April but were too feart to venture forth now is your chance to find out.

There are still some interesting events coming up in the merry month of May, there is 'The Market Place' on Sat 26th at Gather in Glasgow for those that like to shop, on the 27th The Coco Chocolate School is hosting a workshop in Edinburgh for those that like to eat, for a more outdoorsy day there is a herbal lotions & potions day in Loch Lomond at Tir na nOg. Have a look at our events calendar for full details of those and other events throughout Scotland.

If you know of an event that is not up there then please please please click add an event and pop it up, Witch Hiker's everywhere will be cheering. We've also started adding in images to our online gallery. There are currently two galleries online, but we will be adding to them all the time. And if you have an image you would like to submit, just drop us a email!

Also a quick reminder that the Outsider Festival Competition closes at the end of May so if you haven't entered yet you had better be quick, and no, telepathic entries don't count.

We are hard at work on Issue 2 and have got some amazing things lined up for you already. We are however very interested to hear your opinion on issue 1 and want to know what you would like to see on the web and in print in future issues.
